Remove or Decrease Post and Search time limit [22 signs]

First, I used Search and didnt found anything about it.

We have a limit of 30 seconds between one Search and another.
And we have a limit of 60 seconds between one Post and another.
As far as I know we dont have PM time limit.

My suggestions is:
Remove Search time limit;
Remove or *Decrease Post time limit.

*Example: for every 500 or 1000 posts, the user has this limit decreased in 10 or 15 seconds

I think they did this to prevent spamming or forum overload, but I don't think this was necessary. The forums have been stable for me and I honestly don't see useless spam, just some active people and helpers. I think the limit needs to be lowered if not completely removed.

Having to wait between searches is annoying
