I was going to pre order Battlefield 3 for the Xbox 360 and use Ea cash cards for the purchase. I have never done this before so I would like to ask a few questions before I buy.

1. Which online EA card do I use to buy the game? (EA CASH card or EA GAME card?) and what is the difference between the 2 cards?

2. Can I redeem multiple cards and use that balance for the full purchase price as listed in the Ea store? ex: If I have a $110.00 balance and a ps3 game costs $100.00 will my balance cover the full price?

3. Will shipping be included?

4. Where do I calculate the tax for my particular region and can my balance also be used for that as well?

5. Will I be notified of the approx shipping date of my game?

What about ordering in the other e-stores? I bought this game on gram.pl site, which is my local e-shop. I could not buy it through the EA Store, because I do not have got a bank account. Am I entitled to those rewards? I can send any proof, if you want to.

You should contact support time, but you won't get anything probably. It says only pre-orders through EA store will receive items.

Yeah totally agree with that and its also only your main char...so no chance of choosing which char should get it...
