97% of the time I am on the forums, I am on from my phone which takes like 7 minutes to load this site... Also I do recruit, like crazy. Just not via these forums, every time I am in game I try to recruit all the talent there is just like Brandon told me to when he gave me my job

I don't necessarily believe that heavy recruiting needs to happen. Word of mouth based on overall experiences are what ring truest to me. If you have a good time on the servers and enjoy the play of those already in the group, those interested will seek us out on their own. Now, don't take this statement as me saying to not recruit at all as that's not what I'm speaking for. I just don't think that a heavy handed and somewhat pestering style is what we should be about.
