How to send friend request???

1. In-game: open scoreboard (TAB) and click name of target.
2. On main page: click "Find your friends" or Community->Friends or the friend counter near your log-in status (with your soldier face) and there is a "Search friends" field where you search for a name and matching people appear. Click "Add".

In both cases you have to wait until the target accepts.
