Solution of white screen problem

If u have had problem with white screen but your hear sound this is maybe solution of yor problem.
You have use all fixes from forum (update C++ Redistributable 2005 and 2008, NETframework, DirectX 9, sound card) then use this: http://battlefield.play4free.com/en/foru...p?tid=2582 but also you have to unchecked this (see attachment). My BF P4F works

i have tried this fix but nothing i already had the internet settings as described and i already had the redistrbutables, all other games run fine i have recently played crysis 2 MP demo and that worked fine as well, apart from that BFBC2, 2142, MoH

I have tried this fix too and in's don't works. Also I update videocard and soundcard drivers' it's too don't work. Previous version of the game worked fine, this bug started after update.
Configs of computer:
OS: Windows 7
Processor: Intel Celeron E1200 2x 1.6 GhZ
Operative memory: 3 gb
Videocard: ATI Radeon HD 4600
Soundcard: Realtek AC97

*sigh* I hate it when a game doesn't work on my computer, which is twice every three times I install a game. And 2 of my 3 games are from EA. I'm afraid I'm starting to see a connection.

Hi i was getting this too.
my system has no issues running games.

What i did to fix this was simply create my soldier ( since it previousily failed)
go to MY STUFF tab
- Create soldier
if you get through it press play now once soldier is complete.

Indeed, afrer creating soldier i was able to play.

Yep, I had the white screen problem. I hadn't made a soldier yet so I made one, clicked to play and it worked perfectly. I think making a soldier is actually the fix.

I have the white screen and a soilder and its still not working, im seriously ticked. My LAN thing was already proper and im running on windows 7. Its a new computer is it possible I dont have a program? What do I need to run this. Someone please respond

you wouldnt be able to download it if you didnt have the things on your computer keep clicking play it works it will eventually start and find its way around those things

you wouldnt be able to download it if you didnt have the things on your computer keep clicking play it works it will eventually start and find its way around those things

Well both today and yesterday I have been trying, and it is most certainly not my account as I played on a friends computer a couple hours ago for now I will simply spam "play now" wish me luck

I had this issue, After Play Now.. Checked instalation.. Then Black screen.. then White Screen With Sound.. Try this fixess.. didn't work, update my VGA drivers, nothing...
Then i tryed disabling the Firewall and it WORKED!
I can Play Now!

I have the same problem with the white screen. I've played in the colsed beta and have a soldier on level 18. If i created a new soldier it start the game, but my level 18 character was deleted? Can someone help me to get my level 18 character back? Need help please.
