I'm thinking it could be a low power telescopic sight with a lower zoom factor than the M145 and higher than the iron sight. And it would be in store all the time, unlike the M145.

- SMGs: 0.35 sec.
- LMGs: 0.45 sec.
- Snipers: 0.4 sec.

Unlocked Costs:

So would this fit into the game well and would it be OP?
