got hacked and when i recovered password my account was banned. please help

please help, my account was banned and when i went to recover the password and play it wouldnt let me play so i went to forums and it told me i was banned and it would never be unbanned and appearently it was due to trying to sell m,y account which i never did! please help me (PS. WHEN I CHECKED IT SAID MY ACCOUNT WOULD NEVER BE UN BANNED) PLEASE HELP! MY ACCOUNT EMAIL IS langston.william96@gmail.com
