Hi, for every winned round in bf:p4f i earn max 80 coins but my friend earn 300~400 coins every round. WHY? (ps he have coin boost but it give 5x more or 2x more...)

Are you sure he takes 300-400 credits? With boost,you get max 2x rather than 5x!

Maybe he's a bad player and he gets 300 - 400 XP per round? There's no way to get that much credits on single round.
