Listen Up Soldiers!

Here we bring you a small tutorial on how to correctly post your technical issues.

First and most importantly is to check to see if anyone else has reported the issue. What this allows you to do is either find a possible fix much faster or find the correct place to post your issue. Sticking to existing threads discussing the same issue allows us to gather all feedback in one place and it helps us to help you faster.

Second, please try to use descriptive titles. Titles such as "IT'S NOT WORKING" or "Help Me!!!" do not help anyone, including yourself. Threads like this will be closed and you will be re-directed back to this topic to find out how to post correctly.

Third, for those of you who are not very tech savvy it would be helpful for you and us if you could post your hijackthis.log and dxdiag.txt
What this does is it helps us to us see what could be causing some of the issues you may be having with the game.

The dxdiag will show us what hardware and drivers you are using, this allows us to make sure your computer can support the game and lets us see other things that we can then use to suggest possible fixes.

The HijackThis log will show us what processes are running on your computer, this can allow us to see if you are running any applications known to affect the game and/or your network.
For more information about what the HijackThis log contains head on over to This Website and check out their FAQ.

Using this method, no personal information is revealed only a more advanced overview of your system, which is great for the non tech savvy players trying to explain technical issues Smile

All you have to do now is attach these 2 files to your thread or post when reporting a technical issue.
