Jets and aa missiles evasion

Hello guys,
I´m not really a newcomer but I thought this would be the right section for my question.

How can I evade enemy aa missile(s) with my jet without using my flares?

I searched the Internet and the Forum as well but all people just say make a hard turn right into the direction
the missile is fired from and nothing will happen.
But it doesn´t work really well for me.

All other things are working fine.

You can evade missiles on high altitude or you can make "inside loop" its always work for me.

-turn hard left or right
-flare in a bouquet (prettymuch flare while you barrelroll) climb to 400 check map find AA come back around and kill it

I just turn hard up,then left or right and down.

Doing the 'inside loop' that SuperiorOne demonstrated works about 90% of the time for me. Then just gain a bit of altitude, and go spray the AA with your minigun.
