These are official Easy servers and not clan servers.
Therefore we cannot allow the use of that command.

As solid said, GGC+PBSS+Good Admins.

Also the PBSSs are checked constantly, if any are found to have cheats on them, then they will be taken care of
If any PBSSs are cropped, we will ban that player from all 4 CT servers, here are some examples:

Cropped Capture Fail PBSS - 2x of these = Ban
Normal Capture Fail PBSS - We do not ban for these

SO a player who uses an undetectable cheat will not be caught and banned right?

PBSS are a bit useless now. Half of them are black due to a bug.

PBSS are a bit useless now. Half of them are black due to a bug.

GGC (assuming that you meant that ) is totally independant of PBBans. They used to work together (by sharing their ban lists) some time ago. Both are separate streaming services which means that when someone gets caught cheating on one server, he/she will be banned on ALL servers that use the streaming service.

There is no such thing as an "undetectable" cheat. There are cheats out there, that currently aren't detected. But it's just a matter of time, until they get added to the MD5Tool definitions. And then they get detected (as long as the MD5Tool is enabled on the according server; but once caught by a server, the player is banned all ).

Well, there is a difference between black PBSS and "black" PBSS
As RIC0H wrote above, we regularly check the PBSSs of the CT servers. When we see someone having 2 or more cropped PBSS, then he/she will be banned locally from all 4 CT servers. Regarding the "normal" black PBSS: fr4ser had one a few days ago, too. There are several circumstances that cause these black PBSS, and not all are cheat-related (one of them, being MSAA enforced through the driver's control panel, AFAIK), so we don't ban those locally.
GGC doesn't accept any of the two, with one excption: When having a PBSS that is black, and doesn't show a players GUID, but some other text, then you should submit it to GGC

How do you ban them? What does "localy" mean?

When you registered your server(s) at GGC for streaming, you have the option to manually ban players.
Locally means, that those players will only get kicked by PB from your server(s), but not from other "GGC-enabled" servers.

Open the game client and go to the server browser (top right).
Once in the browser click bookmarks, here you will see the server(s) that you have bookmarked.

Send a link of that cheat to GGC and/or EvenBalance, and it will most likely be added to the list in a matter of days

We have enabled the GGC addon on all 4 CT servers to keep those pesky cheaters out.
So if someone has 1 soldier in the GGC banlist, then the addon will kick all the soldiers on that account.
