Promotion Video

This promotion video is made to show you how effective a transport helicopter can be.
the transport helicopter is one of the strongest weapons in battlefield play4free. if you use it well and not as taxi. the mini guns can do really some heavy damage!
as well you can land on people, crash in to light vechicals, place c4 on it and let a whole tank explode!

hello again.

I think most of you already know me by now and what i make for kind of suggestions.
Before you make a sign or a comment its important to read everything.
and come back to this topic regularly because there will be a lot of updates and changes.
(its maybe a idea to bookmark this page by using CTRL+D)

I know its a lot of reading, but it will be all worth if we all get this map up and running!
This isn't my topic. this is a topic of the battlefield play4free com untie and we cant make it with out your help and idea's.

So on a Saturday 4-8-2012 11:28 am (forum time)I was looking in the suggestion topic till i found the topic Transport heli - make it more usefull<<its a link click on it!

Because primarily we believe that the environment is what is making the transports feel unawesome more than the vehicle themselves......though the Mi17 is pretty weak.

That's why I came with the idea of making a map with only Humvee's and all machine gun based transport.

For the Us Ad around 2 black hawks,1 little bird 2 Humvee's and 2 buggy's 1 aa and a tow on the base.

the question is for you gamers,devs and mods.
what do you want for a kind of map?

Do you want a city map?
Maybe a sea map or, something els?

So far i have concluded out of the comments that you made.
that the players would like to have a sea map. with boats and transport helicopters.
personly i think that planes/ attack copters would not be usable to make the transport shine.
what maybe a counter mesoir is to ad the little bird to the map.

Its all up to you. give me the suggestions and ill try to make a idea what you want.

We all know that using the black hawk or the mil requited teamwork.
you will need to have a good pilot and a engineer to repair to make it work.

Show your home made map to the public! make it with paint also ad a description what kind of map it is and where flags,helicopters etc are placed! a little example is seen below.

Maybe the mountain/s should be higher? More distant from each other? flags D and A should spawn TOWs and/or buggies and/or GAZs/HUMMWVs? a fifth flag between the mountains? This map sucks? A desert map? A urban one? Discuss

The Gryazev GSh-6-Shipunov-23 (Russian military designation / GRAU index 9A768) is a six-barreled Gatling gun in the caliber of 23 mm, at the time of the Cold War in the Soviet Union has been developed. To date, the impact of strong weapon used in some Russian fighters use.
The GSh-6-23 differs from most American multi-barreled cannon in that it has no external means, but a gas operated is. And yeah agree with sea-air transport combo, in a jungle. say the map have only OH-6's and 3 firebases. The middle one could be on a stranded mountain island, surronded by water. On feet, there's only 3 trails heading up, making airlifts the obvious choice.

From playing BF2 I know how well the Transport Helo's can change the game. A good pilot and a good crew (gunners, 2 engis to repair and assaults/medics to dismount when capping) can rule the map.

Many times I've taken the BH and capped A, B, and C on Oman and sometimes D all in one round trip because I had gunners that knew what they were doing, and possibly some luck in there as well

Iwo Jima set to modern day? It had a base inside the mountain, plus tunnels, plus bunkers set into the side of the mountain
