Do have an answer please? For example, in karkand i am spawned to the very front line at the beginning but there are guys that start from the very rear line and the still pass me through. What is the problem? Do i need a boost or something?
For sure it is not my computer nor my internet connection the mistake. Any help please?

When you start the game look under the training tab, you need to spend points to run faster.

Yeah i have seen this but please explain me that, a few guys that are 3 or 4 level pass me through although i am 14. They were having PP-2000 and SV-98 so i doubt that they have spend money on getting any training points!

Because they have put their points in different options so it allows them to use the sprint, if I remember correctly you only need to spend 5 points in that tree to get the sprint option.

How do you know they were low level?

Starter weapon =/= Low level player, I've seen level 25's using starter weapons. Simply put, they either spend money to buy training points, or just leveled high enough for the skill.

Cause they were at the button of the players list and their outfit was the default. That's why.

Let me clarify then:

Starter weapon and outfit, poor skill =/= low level player, during my two years of playing I've seen people with all kinds of skills and equipment, I'm fairly certain it's not lag or something similar.

Press SHIFT + W to sprint, and you can increase that speed a little bit more by adding ONE training point to the "PHYSICAL TRAINING: INCREASE SPRINT SPEED" skill. Level 2 of this skill isn't currently working, so it would be a waste of 1 training point.
It's a tier 2 skill, so you'll have to spend at least 5 training points in tier 1 COMBAT EXPERTISE (right skill tree) to unlock it.
The skill right above it, is your normal (without SHIFT) running speed. At this speed, you can use your weapon.
