invisible servers

since 5 days i can't see servers anymore.
i redownloaded the add-on in firefox but it still isn't fixed.

anyone suggestions.

Check bfp4f.exe is allowed as an exception in your firewall / security software.

A blocked port would give this issue

Re-install the whole game (not just the addon) if fr4ser's suggestion doesn't fix it since outdated game version can cause the no servers list issue too.
