Lack of responses

Okay. I have tried different computers, different browsers and cannot create a soldier. Every time I attempt to access battlefield play4free i wind up in the Create Solder page and for the umpty-umph time have been told that "create solder failed." I've search forums 'till I'm blue in the face and lots of folks are having a similar issue but no one is offering any solutions. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact EA or any of the other Origin partners for help. Help is no help. The Technical Support forum is no help. 'Tis all very frustrating. It looks like a really cool game. Wish I could play it, but oh, well. On to more functional endeavors.

If anyone should come up with a solution, I'd appreciate it.

How are you accessing the website to write this topic?

Usually it's your browser which is messing up. Have you tried deleting the browser cache?

You will get this error sometimes, if the name is already taken or is not allowed. Try another name for your soldier.
In rare cases, you might get this error but the soldier will still be created (if that name is free).
