can't download the game

I can't download the game, and i don't know from where can i download it

Since you have an account it means you're registered. So,

1. Make sure you're an Administrator of your computer.
2. Run your browser in Administrator.
3. Go to the Home button and click it, it's at the top left of the screen.
4. Press Play Now. This will prompt an installation.

i do all of these but the updater have an error

I have an account ,but after i log in and click "play now"...i get a msg that says..'install browser extension"...but the next window never opens so that I can allow it....wht now?
