you can't

because they want you to spend money to get 2 more soldier slots. just because you would like it one way it wont' go there ever. just make another email and create the other 2 classes on that account problem solved. Its simple.

Nonsense, something like that can be countered. Like when i was playing PSO2, I tried deleting my char but couldn't. Then learned that I had to hold CTRL and click delete button, then i was still asked if i was sure. These things can be countered even thought it may be annoying.
