Wich Paying Method?

Hi!
I'm trying to use my credit card (mastercard) to pay for funds,but it doesn't work,becouse of this NU2001 error..I used to use visa but it expired..but when I used that there was no problem,no NU2001 error
I'm thinking about that I should make a try with paypal..maybe this problem will not occure then..but I'm a bit afraid of it 'couse I've readen on the paypal website that I can't remove my card anymore or close the account...is it complitely safe?..Can I trust in it?
also ..does the error NU 2001 still occure or not if I use paypal?
please someone help me and give me some advice!

When this error shows up you should wait at least 48 hours before attempting to purchase funds again. When you do attempt to purchase funds again, make sure that all of the requested information you are adding is legitimate information.
