Rapid Aim Red dot on M-14EBR

I bought a rapid aim red dot sight for my recon soldier. I put it on the M-14 EBR. However, when I use it every round goes higher than where I put the red dot. After further testing I found that every time I pressed the trigger the round would hit the place the dot indicated after the recoil. I then put the sight on my M-95 and I did not have the same problem. It worked fine. Can this be fixed? If not can I have a refund of the 9999 BF funds I spent to unlock it or transfer the sight to my assault soldier(murphys_law4).
