I just spent 2699 BF to get the XP + credits booster deal on my other soldier, and I bought it and I go to my booster and it isn't there. Turns out, it just refreshed the boost on the soldier which already had it, which BTW, expired in 24 days, now refreshed to a month.

What a F'ing waste!

Stupid F****** glitches EA!

You better resolve this! ASAP!

You might actually want to make a proper post instead of making another rage thread. Try sending a ticket.

I have a reason to rage.

And I've done that, but I need somewhere to vent.

I'm trying to. It's just so ridiculous, this is like the 3rd ****** thing that has happened to me this week with this game.

despite saying "1 Month remaining", it is actually more than a month. They just round down, but your booster is still there for 1 month 24 days i believe. I recieved the 30 day credits twice, 3 days apart, but it shows 1 month remaining, and it has been there for over a week now.

But it went to the wrong character, I didn't need it for that one. I'm not even going to be playing P4F in a month, I'm only playing until Wednesday.

There have been thousands of people buying the XP + Credits boost, there have been no complaints of this.

You bought it while logged in as the wrong soldier then rant at EA? Dodgy

Oh yeah, I totally logged into the wrong soldier 'accidentally' after purchasing some apparel on the soldier.

I bought a uniform(1 day) and then went directly to the boosters and purchased it.

Oh, and the uniform is on the appropriate soldier, and uniforms aren't shared across soldiers.

EA support still hasn't responded, they responded once saying 'we need to forward this to higher support' but nope, they said I'd be getting an email soon from them but it's been days.

How do you know this, exactly? As you aren't an official EA representative, I assume that you are not employed by them. If you are not employed by EA, how to you get access to this information?

Anyway, any complaint like this is most likely (eg. ~90% chance) the fault of the person buying the booster and not some magical EA mistake. Of course, some people making a mistake like this are unwilling to own up to it and decide that it is better to attack EA and hope the real blame goes unnoticed. Of course, they have no real proof one way or another, so they just throw around silly stories like "I bought a one-day apparel item for the same soldier" and expect everyone to believe them.

P.S. Go into your purchase history, screen cap it and prove you bought the 2 items back to back.

This is the first one:

And then this is the one I tried to buy after buying a new soldier:

Which went to my original recon for some reason.

And I'm not blaming 'some magical EA bug'. I was on the correct soldier, as I previously mentioned, I had just bought the soldier and the battle surgeon set.

I played for a couple hours and then I decided to buy the XP boost, so I exited the game I was currently in and went directly to the 'deals' page. AFTER confirming I was still on my correct soldier.

Unfortunately, EA responded with this:

So with that, I'm officially quitting this game and I'm contacted my CC company to get my money back. This is just ridiculous, they can't 'confirm' anything, after I easily went to my purchase history and saw it? What sort of rules do these people live by?
