Olafs Recon Set Blue / M95 Unlock

Hey,

i just thought about buying Olafs Recon Set Blue. It includes the M95 Sniper.
My Sniper is lvl 10 right now.
Now my question...when i buy it, will the m95 be unlocked, or must i wait till lvl 20 to unlock it.

If i could use it from now on i guess i´d buy it.

All sets automatically unlock the items for you when you buy them.. so yes, you can use it.
