I suggest the following be put in a Forum Thread by an offical representive.
1. What is a cheat/hack or not allowed in the game.
2. A step by step exactly on how to report this problem.
3. What is the game host response to a player who cheats/hacks.
4. How this will help players and the game in the long run.
Too many players say this and that....an offical response to theses four above, would solve alot of questions and help the game alot. I look in the forums but didn't see anything stating this.

You want us to explain what a hack or cheat tool is?! Why do you want "Official" response on this when the information is readily available in the forums or in tos?

Read the TOS if you want to know what's allowed and what's not... example (you are NOT allowed to do the following):
