RapidAim Red Dot - 600 Credits

Since when RapidAim Red Dot is available with Credits?

Until 1 or 2 days ago I had these options:
899 Funds: 1 day
2999 Funds: forever.

But now, I have one more:
600 Credits - 1 day

I was blind all this time or a bug maybe, and I couldnt see the Credits option?

Since yesterday. But it's totally bugged right now. The red dot doesn't even show up sometimes.
