idk if i asked this but.. are the clothing inserts Rent Only like Boosters or are there going to be any Buy Permanent?

if it is Rent Only then might i request the body Armor to be a Buy Permanent for now..... to see what kind of "Nerf the Body Armor" responses we may get in this way to better gauge the clothing Inserts.

If clothing inserts popularize body armor, there'll be a need for greater damage. For most weapons in order to neglect 10% body armor they would need... 3 points more damage

Am I the only one who think bolt action rifles should just have a x3 headshot multiplier so it doesn't cut so close all the time and just LET the recon have the kill it earned?
