Interesting, but I'm curious how that will pan out.

Right now, about 1/4 skills in the training are bugged or broken. The fast sprint with 2 points has never worked since tier3 got introduced. Instead of fixing this, you're going to add new stuff that also affects your speed. Really?

Since one of the last updates, the identify targets and display health skills are also broken. Soon I'll have more training points than there are skills that work.

That's possibly how they're 'fixing them'. Training skills that cost money > training skills that don't cost money.
