hello I have spent a few days making a handy little tool for battlefield play4free. This tool allows you to launch the game straight from your desktop, Check the forums and home page quickly, easily open the comparison tool and go straight to the Battlefield play4free Facebook page.

(please note the play button only works if you have previously been on the home page. This is due to anti bot securities by EA)

Please note that the only reason I am making this is so that I can hopefully raise some money to buy a few games (Garys mod) So if you are very kind and want to support my work please use the adfly link.

Thanks everyone. I hope you find this helpful. If you have anything you want added just post here and I will see what I can do.

I'm not gone say I'm a beast at programming.
Cause I'm not!

But this kinda programming is literally just a matter of an hour or so ...
Those things we learnt in the first week of visual basic.

Its a nice idea and thought... but actually saying you worked days on it ...

I did work days on it though. I never got taught visual basics at school so I had to teach myself as I made it.

Nice one - It looks like fake Fund generator, but I think you can improve visuals with CriscoSpectrum

I tried it, unfortunately it doesn't work because you cannot install the bfp4f browser plugin.

Nice Idea! What Browser Engine is this using? Because IE is probably the least supported browser of the tool:o

I can explain why. You cannot install plugin P4F plugin in 64 bit windows 7. Not supported.

I use app shortcuts in chrome/chromium (Menu, Tools, Create App Shortcut). Works great as desktop shortcut. Wink

BTW, please use this link for the Comparison Tool:
Code:
http://bfp4f.alchemical.ch/en/compare/result

Your link points to an old game version, using the above will ensure the newest version is used as well as some design fixes, and you still got the "sandbox" layout you're looking for.

Hahaha, i wish i couldBig Grin

I can verify that, doesn't work.

Also the Back/Next (Bullet) Buttons throw an exception which makes your Application Quit instantly.

BTW: You're using such an old link that the whole tool will not work, as the oldest version we have on the server is 1.22.xxx, and you're pointing to 1.21.xxx

Honestly, i don't wanna dissappoint you but you should do some debugging/verification before putting something like this out here.
