I draw freehand on A4 paper with pencils/pen overlay and then scan it.

As for my sigs, I use GIMP to create a whole bunch of effects.

I would like to have a signature.

-It should have the name of all my characters in it.

Assault: DeltaForce
Medic: NavyCorpsman
Engineer: DeltaForce2nd
Recon: ForwardObserver

There should be some kind of "dividing line" between Assault/Medic and Engineer/Recon because each of these pairs belong to an individual account.

-Each name should have one of its gadget next to it.

Assault: Ammunition Box
Medic: Medic Box
Engineer: Repair Tool
Recon: Motion Mine

-Optionally you can add weapon graphics to each name if you feel like it.

Assault: M16A2 and M1911
Medic: XM8AR and M1911
Engineer: MP5 and Elite's M1911
Recon: Elite's Usas-12 and Elite's M911

Other than that you can let your creativity run wild. Though i would prefer some war-ish like background if you intend to create one, with tanks and stuff. I would like to keep the text i currently have in my sig, so in case you want to do this, please make sure it does not exceed 950 pixels in total.

A-ha! The forum rules state that the max height is 900px. so, i'll try to keep around 800-850 so you can keep your text.
And this ought to be rather challenging, i must say. I'll give it my best shot!

It didn't take me long to make, but it took me all day to remove the Rated R parts.
