Woah, even though I'm aware of that since a while it's still really sad to see.

First of all thank you ShadeShooter for all you have done for me since I became a Moderator and of course also for all you have done for the community. Many times you helped me out when I had issues or questions and I learned a lot in the past 2 years. Not to forget all the "QQ" you had to go through ^_^

Also thank you Silvanoshi. I will miss your posts since they always made us smile

However, Hi Nenyel and AversEleven. I'm looking forward to talk to you guys very soon

I hope this lot will be more in touch with whats really going on in the studio than the others were - personally I dont think this multilevel management thing cuts it when it comes to developing a gaming community, they just end up ignorant cheerleaders (not for any fault of their own, businesses still seem to think outsourcing is the answer to all their problems, but usually its just a lazy fix for a difficult problem they dont want to manage themselves). It doesnt take long for the community to sense they have nothing in their bag other than passing things up and back, but, we shall see, time will tell.

Infact blue is kinda confusing, they should be dark greens, or light blues, to separate the people people from the actual devs that work directly on the product.

they said he will still be around from time to time so he probably got transferred to a different department (or got promoted).
