NOW THAT'S A BRILLIANT IDEA!

We have a hardcore mode in BF3 and it plays awesome. We coud have something like that implemented in BFP4F as well, why not? Remove or nerf a few splash damage gadgets & and boosts (mortar, nade, RPG), and add more firepower to guns, and here we are, playing a challenging realistic gameplay. It may remind one the PROmod from COD series, but all in line with the unique Battlefield feeling.

What do you think? Is it necessary to post this idea to the Suggestions forum section?

Karkand was alright . It had that dark "scenario" to it given to the fact that it was a city (or town) burning. Now it looks like just a typical middle east town were nothing happened , just a few poorly designed smokes.

Oman's sky looks kinda nice , but it really affects my eyes, and the sand looks fked up. It look literally like a tourist attraction and not a battlefield.

Dragon Valley, the cold-mist-rainy type of this map was good. Dont know why you would change that.

Well, from the air everything looks cool. But down on the ground...

I guess "ATOMICBABOON" wanted to simulate the blinding light show from caused by a surface atomic explosion. He did it. Lighting effects look like crap. Not to mention the invention of a new world wonder: Babilonia had Floating Gardens. Oman has Floating Buildings. Outstanding.

I don't have much to add beyond the posts I've already made, but I am reading all the comments and I wanted to thank all those members of the community posting (and PMing) constructive criticism that includes the info mentioned in my earlier post!

You guys (and girls?) are the bomb and it's great to see the passion you have for the game.

One important note: It is a "live" product and we're always trying to include new tweaks, adjustments and feedback into the releases as well as new content where we can, but remember that different people have different roles on the project; an engineer cannot always fix a visual problem and a prop artist can't always fix a gameplay bug.
