Legacy attachment removal and upcoming changes

I guess they want there point heard and not forgotten since there has been no real compensation for the weapons they broke .. I for one am not happy with the way they did it but what can we do about it other than post in here and vent . Or buy the attachments and know that we have been
forced to buy the same weapons or close to AGAIN !

They would have made more money keeping us happy because we would've been encouraged to spend, but now most of us will never spend money on this game again.

1. What does posting in the forums have to do with feeling bad about being scammed? The community is for one a social event, which was not killed by that scamming. Second, it is a good place to let the devs know what we think of that scamming. In the end several well known game review sites mentioned that uproar on their sites, which can't be called good advertising for EA and EAsy. Third, structurally mentioning it on the forum, is the least we can do to warn new community members of the scamming concept of EAsy, which again is a very social thing to do. Circle closed.

2. Why would it be strange that people still play after being scammed on their weapons? Losing the good feel of a weapon that you paid for is bad, but either you adjust to that ridiculous recoil, or buy the attachments again, that's for each person to decide. I for one am still awaiting compensation in "natura" i.e. in permanent attachments. If that doesn't happen next update, I will spend my remaining funds (for which I have no further use, since I don't have enough to buy anything really interesting, and I refuse to put more real money in this game by buying more funds) on permanent attachments with which I can get the weapon feel back as close as possible to my previously purchased version. I will first try out each attachment with free credits though! I've got plenty of them for that, since I haven't really used any since CB I believe.

Always someone who either hasn't a clue or ignorant of what has happened, Just for the record incase you have been living under a stone somewhere in outer mongolia the 20th dec update ripped of a lot of people with the excuse the TOS allows this, Imagine if you were that person who saved his money for a few weeks, bought a sh!t load of stuff on the 19th dec only to wake up on the 20th to find the update had F*cked it all up.

So if you wanna play, play it and try to enjoy what fun there is! but don't spend any money on this game cos the same thing will happen again and instead of being the whiner of people who have a legitimate complaint you will end up being the victim aswell.

So in order to get my m4a1 back to near what it was before 20/12/2011 I have to spend 2800 funds, for something that I already had before the update. EAsy said when the update was released we would get a gun equivalent to what we had but they lied.

Since the attachments are now available for permanent purchase one might expect EAsy to grant all of us Elite owners free attachments of our choise but appearantly that didn´t happen.
I´ll check back later. Maybe EAsy will come to its senses.

It is a good first step that one accepts a mistake.

However, I don't care about weapon damage that much, my main issue is and always was recoil, that is what made me decide on buying stuff the first place, better precision.
