It seems some of you using the SMS payment method are having issues and we would like your help with gathering information so we can pass it onto the relevant people who can then investigate what's happening, and more than likely correct and issues that may be present.

If you are someone who has been affected when using the SMS (Mobile Phone Texting) payment method then please reply here with the following information:

Can I prove the e-statement from my mobile operator T-Mobile to CZK EUR 400 has been sent.
I Can send received SMS messages this transaction (activation BF) from my mobile phone.
Boku SMS Provider can not be contacted!!
