The point here is general incompetence.

You can't be bothered to make sure your contact info is right, but you advertise your contact info?

/Spent 30 minutes on phone with EA "Getting me the number I need" -> (Shay "account rep"/ total moron) -> "Whats BFP4F?", "Is that like BF3?", "Here's the number you need:" (then gives me non-800 number of the ea help line, the SAME number which I had just called.. 26 minutes for that.

/clock is ticking EA to provide me with Legal information for my small claims application. FYI: You default automatically after 3 attempts to contact in MA. tick-tock.

Just for the sake of clarity, Vitalbullet and I are two different people. I believe the discrepancy came about due to the fact that he changed his Twitter name and hadn't yet updated it on the forum.

Battlefield Play4Free's Customer Experience structure focuses on the ticketing system found here. Battlefield Play4Free does not offer specialised phone/chat support, so if you want to get in touch with some for BFP4F, submitting a ticket is the way to go about it .
