I could only agree with this if the stockweopons will be buffed as well. Otherwise i cant compete if i wanna try a new weopon (unless i spent a crazy ammount of money on attachments).The balance between preupdate owners and after update owners will be totally screwed if they restore elite attachments again.
So i can only agrree with this petition/suggestion if it`s more complete. Stockweopons or rental weapons via credits need a buff as well. I suggest that you remake the petiition and think about the balance issues between pre and post update buyers, and the balance between rental (credit) to battlefunds player as well. The petition as it is now, is rather one sided. edit; apart from the give us back the moeny. I can live with that  But the give back our weapons part needs to be more complete.
