The new map Dalian is a impressive map. I have some suggestions though.

1. Get some new workers that pay some f*cking attention to the store items. Also, it said "error" in my training tab therefore costing me a point! I have no idea what happened but I do know that I lost a training point. I want it back! Give me back my training point! I have significant proof that I am missing a training point!!
2. Lower the lighting down on Dalian. It hurts my eyes!
3. Lower the f*cking prices to battle funds!!! Who in the f*ck is going to spend 50 god d*mn dollars on battle funds that doesn't even show up >:| when they could go out and buy an rc helicopter that looks just like an Apache?!

Oh dear! A lot of negatives about this new map, I only tried it once tonight, so havent really got very far in it yet, But, does seem to be a Snipers Paradise, but, thats all part of being alert and hiding your ass.

My update went in smoothly, which is a shock for me!, graphics seem ok, being new, I really don't know anything about the loss of some gear, my stuff is still the same.

I should mention, TOS within almost any online game, including the Download types of Virtual worlds where you buy or purchase items with coins or game money,Battlefunds & such like, are always covered by a clause, that says, coins or Linden$ (Second life) has NO Monetary value What so ever, Its play money, and the TOS in Second Life is just the same, I lost a number of items when a sim crashed, half my objects that were in an Airport got lost, they were worth £20.

But no liability is accepted for lost items, even though its not your fault. Im afraid any updates, that includes , perhaps a new TOS, has Changes that to many are not acceptable. I did Not Sign a new TOS for one game, cos it wasn't fair, But there is very little you can do about it. I ended up having to just sign the damn thing to get back into the game, cos Linden labs, TOS don't give us , the customer any chance of refunds, or other items changed / deleted by them.

it's something that annoys many people in MMORGS, and I can see the backlash, But, trying any Litigation, is bound to fail, because these TOS are infallably made, so NO action can be taken against the company. If BFPlay4 closed tomorrow, Thats end of story, You lose everything. With no comeback, cos its definition is a GAME, and thats how many of these Companys get round the law in some respects.

The only legal part, that I can only think of, is that, you paid for an item, and didnt recieve it, as long as you have an ID number or paypal ID number, for the payment, under the distance selling act, differing in certain countries, you have a claim for not recieving the item bought. But once you bought it, its a play gun, EA can delete it, (but then, if you don't get a replacement, then thats deff illegal) They can alter it, put the price of upgrades up or down, change how it works etc. But if this Elite gun your saying has been taken away, then EA has a duty to replace it. EA cannot simply take away your item, without giving you a replacement of same or more value, (not less). If the Elite, has just changed, or been given a new name, thats tough luck, but if its missing from your inventory, and EA has taken it out, without permission or hasnt replaced it, then, that indeed is fraud, and then you have a case against EA, that they broke a legal Contract between you and them, because unless a game actually shuts down, then at this present time, The Gun is, and should be in your inventory. NO game company can just delete items in your Inventory, thats a no go, and if thats what is happening, then EA is breaking there own TOS contract, and the sales of goods act, or Trading standards agencys that cover most of the countries that people come from.

I been advising people in Uk on there Buying and selling rights for many years, But because each country has very differant ways of handling these matters, its a grey area. The UK has the toughest trading standards laws in Europe, and we have many routes we can go down, to get a resolution, the same does not apply, if , say, this company is based In the USA, then United Kingdom trading Standards do not apply, unless theres Firm evidence of fraud, even then, trying to get a uk solicitor to act for you against a huge company as EA games will probably run away!!

Anyway, I hope this helps both EA and players who feel they have a case, and a resolution can be found to bring the Staus Quo back
