Banned Account

Hi guyz,

I was wondering how someone can ban a account. As my friend was playing on his account earlier today and then when he tried to log in like a hour ago he got told his account got banned is there anything that you can do to unban him.

There are several "instances" that can ban an account, including (but not limited to): forum moderators (aka. the Greens) and the Community Team (aka. the Blues) on this website; EA staff; BillingSupport; etc.

So the question would be, if his whole EA account got banned (can be tested by trying to login at https://profile.ea.com ) or only on this website (in that case, he should see a message stating why he got banned )

when i m playing in europe location then i get kicked out and in left side there is always message show-- cheaters get banned.......... i dont understand what is this....

when i used to play in europe location there is always show a message that cheaters are banned by ggc.stream server....

You most probably just saw the automated server message about the server's rules
Due to your location, I assume that you simply get kicked due to high ping. I'd recommend you try joining Australian or Japanese servers, since those might be much closer to your current position
