Cant Join Game - You have unbought items

Ok I looked around a bit at the customizations about my MP5 but finally I didnt choose anything and just pressed DONE.Now when I try to start the game I get a message about having unbought items and that I should buy them or remove them.

Double checked my MP5 the customizations are all greyed, removed it and put the PP-2000 to the active weapons slot, even restarted the game client - NOTHING.

Please game devs make some kind of basket or a notification for purchases and make our lives easier.Now I need to find WHAT on earth is causing that.

Any help is appreciated still I cant join the game.

It also could be hydralic shots or something like that

This is how I found my MP5 when opened it through the customize weapon button.

**These "Elite" options do not present you with a cost.So when I press DONE everything is normal.

For example if I choose to install bullets as you said then I get a notification to buy the upgrade or else I wont be able to play with this weapon.

Could you try setting your whole equipment to "defaults"? That means:

• Switch your main weapon to the PP-2000.
• Switch your pistol to the M9.
• Remove all gadgets and abilities.
• Remove all apparel.
  

If you are now able to join a game, again, start re-attaching your original equipment one-by-one.

HomeSen you are right - It seems that the "no Helmet" Apparel which I bought permanently with BF one week ago now has an exclamation mark like it is expired.How on earth did this happen?

**This apparel can be bought either for 30 days or for ever and ONLY with BF

Removed the apparel and disappeared from my inventory (!) but still I have unbought items and cant join the game.

Now what?

You should check your Purchase History. Does it show up as "permanent" there, too? If so, contact Billing Support to get get your "No helmet" back.

Can you join a game when setting your equipment to defaults?

HomeSen again you were right and thank you.

I removed all apparel except the head one which is unmovable.Also put the default weapons and now I can join the game.

The MP5 had an exclamation mark too, as I need to buy it again.I removed those "Elite upgrades" as I saw with them the weapon had a notification with red letters saying "Invalid upgrades".
** Anyone who understands the purpose of these upgrades please enlighten us.

I bought last week (with the 66% offer) the covert ops set plus a no helmet apparel for permanently.Now the "no helmet" disappeared.What can be done about it?

Just to let you know.

The helmet I thought I had bought for ever it shows for 30 days - but nevertheless the purchase was made on 19/11 and is less than 15 days still the "no helmet" expired.

Already contacted them and thanks again for the help.

Any info on the Elite upgrade (but without costs) on the MP5?

Since they didn't reply for such a long time, your request might just have got "lost" somehow. I would thus suggest you to contact them again. Sorry that I can't be of any further/better help.
