At the moment no, I'd say it's regarded as one of the worst weapons in the game.
I read that it's been buffed in the PTE though so maybe it's getting better soon. I'd wait to see if the changes to improve it make it through to the game before buying it. I bought it and it's very disappointing. Looks nice, sounds nice, fire it at anything but a snails pace and you start missing due to the deviation. Not to mention that if you play on low setting the sight is all blurry and the shot goes way above the dot on the sight. |
