:O, uhm...well, ive got a level 20 engineer...i have enough points to use the airburst grenade. However, its useless...totally pointless...its a let down to tier 3 for engineers. 2-3 shots to kill someone...really? I dont expect anyone, not even bfp4f's movie maestro's , to create a good montage or commentary with the airburst grenade... -_-

That's because this isn't a noobtube, it takes two body shots to kill someone and the rate of fire makes it so that its more effective to use the smg in close quarters. The only thing I've ever used it for is killing far off snipers, which takes a whole magazine if you can't get a direct hit or for softening up groups of enemies before I move in.

I wouldn't say it's a useless gadget, but without a booster it's not worth putting more than one point into.

what are you guys complaining: "you can't kill anyone with the XM25", I use it all the time and get frequent kills with it. Just use it for what it's meant: Medium-Long range and enemies hiding around the corner/behind an obstacle

Try to refrain from using the scope in a firefight, instead try to land the grenade where you need.
The scope is mostly only good if you're laying an ambush.
Don't even try using the XM25 in close range, you'll just try dying unless the enemy is already near death and extremly slow to pull the trigger.

Overall it's a nice weapon, just needs some finetuning on the reload time and could use 6grenade mags
