Mortar Strike

Sorry for that question, but its the first time i have been here since they changed the training options - sooo i got a question to that Mortar Strike for reckons:

I completed the Sensor trainings and now i upgraded two of 5 mortar strike levels

What can i do know? How does that binocular work? What do i need to do to use it?

you put it in your inventory in the weapons tab
then when you re in game you 1. press rmb to zoom in
2. hold lmb until it stops
3. you succesfully fired mortars, congratz

dont put 5/5, the reload is still 80-120 seconds instead of the advertised 40.
