I am level 20 does this mean I cannot participate?
Players of any level can participate. if you are Level 20 you are stile eligible to participate.

Can I use an XP boost, will this count towards my total XP gain?
Yes you can.
Use of an XP Boost is possible and you will gain additional XP from using it which is counted towards your total XP at the end of this event.

haha.. hihi i have 5 heroes lvl 20.. but 12 totally.. spend already 230 euro in this game... <3 it... so this contest could be fun.. my record score on karkand is 10118 points.. but i played with 1 of my 2 engeener with 5 av mines.. was a cool round using MP5 & p226 but that was best round i ever saw.. not vs low lvls... the lowest lvl i see was 11 or 12.

The highest scoring players don't camp, look at exair and Landia's gameplay videos.
