Clans?

I saw there was a clan board but what's the use of it? Is there some kind of feature that we can join and leave clans?

At this time no. It has been discussed as a possibility in the future but no date/time set for that since there are far more important things that need working on at this time. That does not mean that people cannot form or join clans in the mean time. There are a lot of really good and reputable clans out there regardless.
