By now, there are no server providers in south america, so it's rather hard to get a ranked server there. You should try US servers tho as they will probably provide best performance to you.

please be able to deploy a server in Latin America especially in Brazil since.
contrary to what the eagames thinking here is not only plant and macaco.aqui has many people who buy their products so if Brazil is to delete the multiplayer games then stop selling their products here.
