None of the shooters coming out this year will be 'easy'.

It's a shame that BF3 will not have a Singleplayer 'training' mode like BF2 where you can play against a bunch of bots and can set the level to Easy, Medium, Hard. It was a great way to ease new players into FPS. By the time you could pwn the bots on Hard, you were familiar with the maps and more than ready to hold your own in Multiplayer against the 'living'.

Battlefield 3 has Singleplayer. It probably won't have a SP like BF2, but I find the best way to get better at a game offline, is play it on the hardest difficulty.

when your level 3 at least you get use to it.

When a player enters this game is normal that he encounters others expert players and used to this FPS gameplay and in the beginning he will dye much more than kills but when he plays more and more he starts to became expert!
Your problem happens to most players including me, that never played a Battlefield game since now!
But if you wanna quit for that ok, go play others offline single player games against bots!

Uh... bye? What did you expect being a newbie to the game would be like? Easy kills? You need to take the time to learn about the game and how to get better at it. Just because you're not good at it at first doesn't mean you won't get better.

i came into play4free with 19 years experience in shooting games. the BEST way to learn play4free is to buy battlefield 2 on amazon.com for like $6 and play vs bots awhile. here you can learn the basics like the spotting menu, operating vehicles, aiming your weapon. the bf2 multiplayer kinda sucks now, so u can get away with buying a used copy on the cheap for single player mode, and use the p4f client for multiplayer. p4f looks better, is better balanced, and overall considerably more fun.

You'll get used to it, don't get down on yourself for not getting it right away. It took me till about level 7 to get good scores, before that, I went about 2-11 every time. Now I can go up to 12-0 if I want.
