Did you purchase it using the same EA account? This needs to be done. If you did, you should see a number beside "My Stuff" at the top of Battlefield.Play4Free.com that indicates you have a reward.

I'm having the same problem. I pre-ordered BF3, and am spose to get the BF3 Beret and 870 Combat BF3 Edition Shotgun. And it keeps telling me that I have to pre-order the game, and I log into Battlefield Play 4 Free with the same ID and password that I use with my EA account.

Your EA account email had to be the same for both the pre-order and for BFP4F in order to qualify for the reward.
