Aircraft?

I can't use aircrafts. Why is that?

Use the SEARCH feature. There are plenty of topics about this, so we don't need another. But to put the answer simply, because you haven't trained the ability to do this.

login the game and go to training,here you can use your training points
you need 2 point to fly 1 for helicopter and 1 for the jet.
just click on the smal pictures

You get training points each level, one for each level you progress.

try resetting your points perhaps, see if that fixes it. (click the little circle next to your points)
