Because of the lv/exp bug i have like 29 or 28 training points and im lv 20. my question is if ill reset my training points does it change to 20 or it still stay 28-29?

Training Points = Level - 1 [ as u start from level 1 not zero ]

But i have 29 now cause of the bug level. it will be back to 19 after reset the points?

You are only supposed to have one point less than your level for training points. Anything more or less is a bug. SO resetting will put you where you are supposed to be.
