Signature Help (NOT asking for a signature)

I'm new to forums not the game, anyways. I researched signatures and I know how to make them and upload them on a file sharing website or something but every website that I used for research says the forums should have a link saying "My forums" where you could paste the link of your signature, but I can't find the link here. I hec kthe forums and the "My Account" button. How do you add a signature so that when I post a reply or topic all I need to do is click on the "Post Options: Signature"?

The next step is to eliminate the backgrounds from around the images. I suggest using Aviary's image editor (Phoenix) or any other image editor that uses PNG format. be very careful when erasing. Good sig so far.

Oh, i'm sorry. I just looked on the width. (480 pxl seemed to be a good width to me )
