Hello BFP4F Community! I made have found the fix to the BFP4F continuous loading screen problem. I need someone that has the problem so that I may test it on there computer. I guarantee you that I will NOT break your computer, or damage it, etc. Just post here or PM me if you would like to test this fix. After I confirm that it works, I will release it to the public along with a tutorial.

Please take a look at THIS thread, and PM me your TeamViewer ID and PW.

Thanks for reading,

~snake_eater94.

I could consider being your test-experiment per se in this matter of an apparent technical issue of sorts.

Why dont you simply post the fix?
When it is working, you will get feedback.
I doubt that anyone is giving you the control of the PC. Wink

I'm afraid that I really don't know at all what Teamviewer is... Let alone whether I have an ID and PW for it...

TeamViewer is a RemoteControl program which can be downloaded here: http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx

This tool enables, when started, others to access your PC. The other "invited" person can see your screen's content, just as you see it, so you don't need to explain them what is on the the screen. It also enables the "invited" to control your mouse and keyboard, so he/she doesn't need to explain, where to exactly click or waht to type.

It is pretty secure, since you have to start the program and tell the person (you want to have a look at your PC) and ID and a password. With each start of the, the password changes, so even you gave access to another person once, he can't connect to your PC again, without you starting the program AND telling the new password.

@snake_eater94:
Why don't you just post the fix? Is it that complicated to apply? I mean, you will get much more feedback on if it works, if you just "disclosed" your fix Wink

Seriously doubt he has a fix, more that he's just wanted control over your computers. Please close this mods.

Don't expect anymore responses from the OP.

According to this post, he's quit the game and forums.

Would be nice if some staff could respond that they are at least looking into the issue.

I even installed game on on XP (dual boot) and same thing happens so it has to be related to a regional server issue not a PC issue. When running wireshark I see some http 400 errors on game images (mugshot.png is one). This occurs from the BFP4F exe after game starts and the endless loading then occurs.

Fixes I have tried:
Flushed dns cache
Rolling back sound and GFX drivers
Clean registry, remove all folders and then a complete fresh install of game
Running CCleaner to remove all cookies
New IP address
Direct network connection

Only thing I can think of to try next us using a proxy to try and hit a different set of start up servers

Note: Game was working fine up until about 2-3 days ago
