Make sure that you installed BFP4F to C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield Play4Free

If not, move it there.

When i run BFP4F as a administrator it shows a message to run in it the website

Hello I hope you can help me. I press the play now button on the website and it checks for installation. Then it loads a half screen that says BFP4F with music playing, sounds of explosions and a loading signal that justs spins but doesnt seem to be loading.

Hello, you also need to download and run Team Viewer. You should also post a SS of the error you are receiving.

You need to download and run TCP Optimizer.

TCP Optimizer

If this does not fix your problem, you need to upgrade your internet.

Please post your DxDiag.txt log. You can also download and run Team Viewer, so I can fix your Direct X issue. Just PM me your ID and PW.
