Solution of white screen problem

open it then when this happens close it try again it will work it worked ever time with me,

realy nothing helped D: i made an account by starting an account firewall is off (i get this message when i exit the game: memory.dll:thread 1460 is deallocating main thread memory) and some more but nothing worked! what now?

My problems started when the update came when it was not updated it worked just fine WTF???

took firewall of-nothing happened.
cant create soldier,have 4 on 2 emails.
i'm shocked not able to play this game.

I have a good solution for this thing, just turn off firewall at antivirus programm. thats all

I've deleted the content of the folder :

C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Documents\Battlefield Play4Free\mods\main\cache

and it worked straight.

IF YOU HAVE ANY WINRAR FOLDERS TRY EXTRACTING THEM TO GAME GO TO EA FOLDER AND GO TO MAIN IN MOD AND SEE IF YOU HAVE ANY WINRAR FOLDERS MAY WORK

family of me has n account too, he can play on my pc, unlike me, that's so strange.

Nothing worked for me, looks like the launcher is not updating. Maybe that is why we get white screen. EA will address this when they get to it regardless of how much we want to play.

i tried this and it worked very fine for meh
Hope that will help ya!

-first make sure u have directx and it work fine
-goto Documents\Battlefield Play4Free\WebCache and delete all!

-goto ur browser settings ( comodo dragon example ) and goto Privacy and click on Content Settings then Cookies > All Cookies and site data and Delete all!
then close All cookies and site data window and u can see : JavaScript, Images, Plugins and Pop-ups
open all of Java script and images and plugins and pop-ups
and add the game website https://battlefield.play4free.com to all of them
NOTE : if u dont have privacy click on Show advanced settings

In Mozila Firefox :
click on FireFox button and click on Options (select options) then Content and theres Block Pop-up windows and Load images automaticly ... click on Exceptions and add game website http://www.battlefield.play4free.com to all of .Block Pop-up windows and Load images auto

in Google Chrome :
-open Google Chrome
-click ctrl (control) + shift + Del (del,.)
-Check all of (Clear Browsing history and clear download history .....)
-Clear data from this period: select Everything
-and click on Clear browsing data

if didnt work download
NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and NET Framework 4.0
on Microsoft : http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/default.aspx

if didnt puckin work try other browser

And it happens when I update Firefox or Chrome.
Now I have to deal with it again.
